Dr. Stanislav “Stan” Sazonov brings expertise and a deep commitment to patient-centered care to MediSol Pharmacy. A graduate of Midwestern University College of Pharmacy in Glendale, AZ, Dr. Sazonov has years of diverse experience, including pharmacy management at leading retail chains and clinical rotations in oncology, ambulatory care, and acute care settings. Fluent in English and Russian, Dr. Sazonov is passionate about improving medication management, offering personalized consultations, and expanding access to healthcare services for Arizona’s communities.
Dr. Sazonov also leads the pharmacy in providing customized compounding services tailored to the unique needs of individuals and families across Arizona. These services include specialized formulations for pediatric patients, hormone replacement therapies, dermatological preparations, and more—all designed to enhance health outcomes and address specific healthcare challenges.

Vanessa is pursuing her Doctor of Pharmacy degree at the University of Findlay College of Pharmacy in Ohio, a fully ACPE-accredited program known for its rigorous, patient-centered training, and hands-on clinical rotations. She has gained front-line experience in retail pharmacy, assisting licensed pharmacists with prescription processing, inventory coordination, insurance resolution, and providing compassionate patient counseling.
Being bilingual, Vanessa is passionate about bridging communication gaps in Arizona’s multilingual communities. She values the importance of personalized medicine and is eager to learn tailored compounding techniques.
At MediSol Pharmacy, Vanessa looks forward to contributing to a trusted, community-driven environment—delivering patient-centered care, fostering open communication at the pharmacy counter, and building meaningful relationships.
Lisari Perez graduated from Arizona College of Allied Health and is a Certified Pharmacy Technician. She is a dedicated and detail-oriented professional with experience in both retail and compounding settings. Skilled in auditing prescriptions, preparing and dispensing medications, processing insurance claims, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Lisari brings management, strong accuracy, organization, and customer service to pharmacy operations. She is also committed to advancing her career by pursuing a Doctorate in Pharmacy (PharmD).
